About the Role
As part of our busy hospitality team, you’ll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service across a varied menu, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer and ensure smooth daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining strong menu and allergen knowledge
- Keeping front and back of house areas clean and well-organised
- Supporting with deliveries, stock control, and health & safety procedures
- Participating in training and team sessions
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Is friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people
- Experienced with a minimum 3 years in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Takes pride in delivering great service
- Is reliable, organised, and hands-on
- Can work weekends
- Able to reliably commute to our rural location (own transport is essential)
