Accessible Facilities

We want everyone to enjoy their visit to us, so if there’s anything we can do to assist you, such as carrying purchases to your car or lending an arm to lean on,  please just ask a member of staff. We are always happy to help.

Accessible till

We have a lower-height counter at our accessible till in our Food Hall for use by anyone who finds this an easier option.

Parking

Blue badge holders can park right outside our restaurant doors in our accessible parking places.

Entrance to the restaurant

Usually we ask that people enter our cafe by going through our shop entrance, however those with additional needs are very welcome to enter directly from the car park. Just let a member staff know and we will open the door for you.

Accessible lavatory

Our two accessible lavatories are located just inside our entrance & in our restaurant, situated to the left of the counter.

Need a little more room?

Please let us know when you book if you need a more accessible table or more room around your table to accommodate wheelchairs or walkers.
