Eligibility for our Loyalty Card
The Loch Leven’s Larder Loyalty Card scheme is for people aged 18 years and older, who are also UK residents for the entire period of their membership. This scheme is for individuals only; corporate or business use is not allowed. Staff may be excluded from certain events, prize draws and experiences—please see individual terms and conditions.
Registration & communication
Just come our Food Hall till point and ask a member of staff. You will be asked for your first name, last name, first line of your address, post code and email address. A valid email address is required in order to receive offers and benefits; email is also our only means for contacting loyalty members. Please ensure that your personal details are kept up-to-date by emailing us at email@example.com or by telephoning us on 01592 841000; Loch Leven’s Larder will not be responsible for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications if you do not do so. Your Loyalty Card is not transferable to anyone else.
How the Loch Leven’s Larder Loyalty Card works
Once you have registered, you will receive 1 point for every £1 spent at Loch Leven’s Larder. The following are excluded: concessions operating at the Larder (Hunters of Kinross and Hutchison’s Fresh Fish); alcohol, events, gift vouchers. This list may be extended or reduced at our discretion. Any refunds will be reflected in your Loyalty Card balance. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers or gift cards.
Rewards and benefits of our Loyalty Card scheme
As a member you will benefit from offers and promotions, personalised for you. Inclusions and exclusions will apply and may change. Timing and value of all benefits are at the discretion of Loch Leven’s Larder. You will also receive our regular email newsletter.
Terminating a Loyalty Card
You can terminate Loch Leven’s Larder Loyalty Card at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01592 841000. Once your account is terminated, all benefits will be lost. Your loyalty card membership may be revoked if at any time, you are, or we reasonably suspect you may be, acting fraudulently or in breach of these terms. If your membership has been inactive for 12 months we will review it and may choose to suspend your account.
Making changes to our Loyalty Card Scheme
Changes to the eligibility requirements, the benefits and the terms of the loyalty card scheme may be made at any time if we believe the change will benefit members or if we believe it is required in order for Loch Leven’s Larder to continue to administer the scheme. Material changes will be communicated by email. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the Loyalty Card scheme at any time, and in this event, will give members seven days’ notice of termination by email. These terms correct as of July 2019. Current terms are available www.lochlevenslarder.com, which prevail in the case of any difference with these printed terms.
By joining the Loyalty Card scheme, you agree to email updates from us about the Loyalty Card Scheme and your benefits. You can opt out of our email by updating your preferences online by clicking the ‘update my preferences’ link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by emailing us at email@example.com however please be aware that you will not receive further emails from us, including key information about your Loyalty Card account.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms will affect or reduce your statutory rights.
