If you would like your runs to feel easier, more enjoyable and have you smiling rather than scrunching then this class is for you!
Over the 6 weeks we will spend 35 mins exploring breathing, alignment, pace and other aspects of your running style- helping you on your journey to a lifelong love of running. This will be beautifully complemented with Yoga & Relaxation.
Block 1: Every Tuesday from 10th September – 29th October (no classes 8th or 15th October for the October break)
Block 2: Every Tuesday from 5th November – 10th December
