This beautiful Yoga class will begin each week with breath awareness, followed by a sequence of flowing standing, seated and balance postures, ending with relaxation.
This class is ideally suited to beginners and intermediates of all shapes, sizes and abilities looking to feel more comfortable, confident and get a buzz from their yoga!
Block 1: Every Thursday from 12th September – Thursday 31st October (no classes 10th or 17th October for the October break)
Block 2: Every Thursday from 7th November – Thursday 12th December
