    Conditioning your body through easy-to-learn, graceful moves, Nia leaves you feeling great in mind, body & spirit.

    If you’re looking for a low impact dance class, which is both energising and meditative, you’ll love Nia!

    Nia is practised bare foot so no need to bring trainers, just a water bottle to re-hydrate.

    Numbers are limited so please book in advance.

    Term dates: Monday 6 Jan until Monday 30 Mar (no class on 10 Feb or 9 Mar)

    • Are beginner’s welcome? Absolutely. I aim to create a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere in my classes and you’ll be made to feel very welcome.
    • Can I join the term at any time? Yes, please start at any time – you won’t pay for classes which have already taken place.
