Harvest Celebration Dinner


    To celebrate a new season of Scottish produce and the fruits of Harvest to come, our head chef, Brian Padmore, is collating a sumptuous 5-course menu to feast on and enjoy! Working closely with our Channel Farm, the dishes will showcase the finest of Scottish produce to tantalise your taste buds. It’s sure to be a perfect Friday night.


    Channel Farm Broccoli Velouté, Tempura Broccoli, Nettle Puree, Jerusalem Artichoke Crisps

    Pickled Heritage Beetroot, Whipped Inverloch Goat’s Cheese, Radish & fine Herb Salad, Cullisse Rapeseed Oil

    Choice of Lightly Smoked Perthshire Lamb neck Fillet, Buttered Peppery Kale, “Little Doone” Balsamic Chicory Tart


    Fillet of North Atlantic Cod, Squid Ink Linguine, Roast Courgette, Langoustine Bisque

    Char-grilled Pineapple, Bitter Chocolate Sorbet, Lemongrass & Chilli Syrup

    Channel Farm Carrot Cake, Drambuie Mascarpone

    Tickets are £55 per person.

    The evening will start at 6.45pm

    We will arrange the seating plan for the evening based on each booking.  If you are joining us as a group, then we would recommend one person book all tickets for your party or alternatively please pop a message in the notes field if you would like to sit close to other parties and we will do our best to arrange this.
