To celebrate a new season of Scottish produce and summer on the way, our head chef, Brian Padmore, is collating a sumptuous 5-course menu to feast on and enjoy! Working closely with our Channel Farm, the dishes will showcase the finest of Scottish produce to tantalise your taste buds. It’s sure to be a perfect Friday night.
New season Scottish asparagus, fife jamming co. honey mustard butter sauce, mustard frills
Heritage beetroot carpaccio, smoked buffalo farm mozzarella, chicory & radish salad, Cullisse Highland rapeseed oil
Choice of loin of roe deer buck or monkfish wrapped in cured Ayrshire streaky bacon, fondant potato, purple sprouting broccoli, tomato & tarragon jus
Caledonian cream parfait, Perthshire strawberries, homemade meringue
