So many people have asked us if we could run a bread-making class at the Larder and it’s only now that we have our dedicated Tasting Room and Bakery that we’re able to meet this demand.
So we’re really delighted to announce that our Head Chef Brian Padmore has put together a duo of bread making workshops, one focusing on great British breads – Crusty White, Traditional Granary, Soda Bread and Fruit Scones, and another on the exciting European tradition of bread making, including Foccacia, “Classic” French Baguette, Rustic German Bread and Swedish Cinnamon Swirls.
£60 per person. We will enjoy a light lunch (included in price) in the tasting room after the class.
