Enjoy this 4-week accessible introduction to the life-supporting practice of Mindfulness at Loch Leven’s Larder (Kinross) on Tuesday mornings throughout February.
We will cover the basics of Mindfulness, including seated meditation, walking meditation in nature, mindful eating, mindful relationships and establishing a home practice. The class will be based in the Lodgehouse which is the wooden summer-house type building out the back beside the cafe.
Beginners very welcome and also those who wish to refresh their practice after a break.
