Made just along the road in Dollar, the team behind Trodden Black were inspired to create their range of chilli jams while travelling around South East Asia, New Zealand and Australia, slowly developing their palates and their recipes as they went.
We are delighted to stock a selection of these delicious jams and sauces, including:
Beet Bird Hot Sauce (Hot) – an earthy aromatic flavour and a good amount of spice.
Pineapple Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce (Very Hot) Strong, with a sweet and tangy flavour.
Killer Ki-Lime (Medium) lime, balanced with kiwi and green chillies with a tangy afternote.
Prickly Pineapple (Hot) Inspired by life and food from the Southern Hemisphere, this full-flavoured chilli jam is made with Scotch Bonnets, pineapple, ginger and garlic.
