Hello 2019!

2018 was a bumper year, with our new Greenhouse Café, artisan bakery, food hall, tasting room all opening.

We were recognised in the industry as the Best Place for Women to Work by Business Women Scotland and Independent Retailer of the Year by Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Star Awards. We ran our 2nd Broccoli Festival, opened a 2.5K loop around our fields and brought Parkrun to Loch Leven.

So what’s in store for 2019? Emma Niven says “We’re focusing on well-being in all it’s various forms. We’re delighted to be working with VentureFitness who will be running outdoor fitness bootcamps, Heart & Soul who are offering therapies and free meditation sessions and Nia, a mindful dance fitness class starting in February.

In our cafés and Food Hall, we’ll be increasing our range of tasty, healthy food and catering increasingly for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. 2018 saw lots of press coverage on broccoli’s superfood status (we’re not surprised!) and we’ll be bringing in the harvest again with our 3rd Broccoli Festival in August.

2019 sees my biggest personal challenge yet – running the London Marathon, fundraising for Dementia Revolution.

So a perfect mix of dance, meditation, parkrun, venturefit, fresh food and vegetables—come and join us for a healthy, happy 2019”
